After much impatience on my part, our first set of baby goats have arrived – Cream had two little girl kids, or goatlets as I like to call them so as to not confuse them with my own children. *laughing*
And now, of course, pictures -
Goatlet #1 – A pretty little light-red, dappled roan kid with a bald face. Gorgeous.

Goatlet #2 – Darker red colored with a little bit of white on her face, and two tiny white spots on her back.

I have to admit – I’m glad these two are little girls as it bodes well for their future.
Two healthy females, already trying to get around and curious about who we are. I guess I need to figure out how to do this whole milk goat thing now, eh?

I love your pictures. Reminds me of the baby lamb our two sheep surprised us with a few springs ago when we still had a handful of farm animals.
Very cute. Do they have blue eyes or is that just the angle?
They are so beautiful. I bet you can’t keep you kids away from these kids!
They are precious! I loved my milk goats. Waiting on my hubby to finish building the barn so I can start my new herd.
